  1. I just placed an order for 180 x 3 omegavia pills today, but I would like to cancel my order before it is shipped. Can you please confirm that my order is canceled? Thanks.

    • Hi John,

      Your order has been cancelled. You will not be shipped the product and your credit card has not been charged for the order. Your credit card was ‘authorized’ for the transaction, but the actual transfer of funds will not happen, as we’ve voided the transaction per your request.

  2. I appreciate the HIGH quality of your OmegaVia fish oil. It has definitely made a difference. Unfortunately I have to cancel any future orders.     I called yesterday Sunday, 3/23/2014 to cancel my auto shipment order. I originally ordered three bottles of OmergaVia and am presently on my third bottle, however, I have stopped taking them. The product gave me a burp fish smell every time I took it. I was trying your product because I was taking Lovaza and it is rather expensive. Lovaza never gave me a burb fish smell. How do I go about getting credit for my order. My order# is 115863 and paid with a Master Card. Please advise. Thanks!

    • Hi Al – sorry to hear that OmegaVia did not work for you. Our customer service team is aware of your request for refund. They will process it and follow up with you shortly. Fishy burps are extremely rare with OmegaVia. However, when it happens, the #1 reason why people get fish burps with an enteric coated product like OmegaVia is the use of antacids or heartburn medications like Zantac, Pravacid and Prilosec.
