Yes. Just call us at 1-800-270-4010 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time or email us at service@omegavia.com and we’ll take care of it for you.

Can I cancel AutoShip anytime?

Yes, at any time. Just call us at 1-800-270-4010 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time or email us at service@omegavia.com and we’ll take care of it for you.

Can I pay for AutoShip with a check, cash or money order?

No. We must have a credit card on file for processing AutoShip.

Do I have to renew my AutoShip program every year?

No. Your AutoShip will continue until you cancel or your credit card account is closed or your card number changes. If your credit card number changes, please contact us with the new card number.

Can I return the product if I don’t like it?

  • Absolutely! If you are not thrilled with your purchase, we will cheerfully refund your full purchase price. No questions asked.
  • Here are instructions on how to return a product.
  • If you add a little note about why you were not happy, we promise to do our best to correct the problem right away.

How to Cancel AutoShip

If you’ve enrolled in autoship you may cancel at any time.

There are three easy ways to cancel or modify your subscription:

  1. Call us at 800-270-4010.
  2. Email us at service@omegavia.com and include the specific product you wish to discontinue.
  3. For 24-hour self-service, simply sign in to your account and select Manage Subscriptions. Be sure to use the email and password you used to create your account.

What if I don’t have an account, or lost my password?

No problem. Simply go to the account login page and click on Forgot Your Password. Then simply follow the prompts to either create a new password or create a new account.

  1. I think i chose every 30 days for autoship and intended to select every 60 days. Can you change that to every 60 days please.

    • Hi Patti – yes, your order that we recently shipped was for 1 bottle every 30 days. Since you paid with PayPal, we will cancel your current payment profile and send you a new 60-day payment profile a couple of days before your next scheduled ship date.

    I just wanted to take a moment to pass on some REAL results and to say how incredibly happy with the OmegaVia product. On 01-17-12, my Triglycerides were reported to be 376 mg/dl (Source: LabCorp – San Diego, CA. One year later on 02-13-13, my Triglycerides were reported to be 595 mg/dl (Source – Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula Laberatory Services). When I received the news that my Triglyceride had increased 224 mg/dl in one year, I began taking OmegaVia and on 4-12-13, after just 6 weeks of taking the supplement, my Triglycerides were reported to be 85 mg/dl!!! – a 510 point drop in just six (6) weeks.   3. Hello,
    At this time I am receiving 2 bottles every month and we are getting overstocked and I need to not get any for a couple months, Can I do that?

    If you could start back up in with the two bottles in the end of December that would be wonderful.

Sometimes people accidentally purchase an item on autoship without knowing it – if this is the case, then definitely call us. We will get it all squared away. You will never be on the hook for a product you did not want.

    • Hi Maria – we do not currently send out a reminder a few days in advance, but when you sign up for autoship, you will get an introductory email with your future ship dates. You will also be able to sign in to your account to see when your next ship/bill dates are and be able to make changes to or cancel your order at any time. This feature is currently being modified, so you will have access to your autoship order for changes in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, if you have any questions, just call us at 800-270-4010 or drop an email to service@omegavia.com

  4. I chose the autoship with my last order 3 months ago. I’m getting close to running out, but because there is no account or login information available, I can’t just double check without having to send Omegavia an email & await a response. Perhaps you can consider adding this option for the convenience of your regular customers? I sure don’t want to get caught running out – I need it for pain management.

    I just received results of my full fatty acid profile from omega quant. If I email it to you, will you glance over them and send me some feedback? My omega 3 index is 11.86% thanks to omegavia fish oil. I take 2 daily.

    • Hi Stan – I can’t evaluate lab test results, as that would be practicing medicine…something I am neither qualified nor authorized to do. However, if you give us written permission to use your results as an example in a upcoming blog about Omega-3 index, you could see my personal opinion of the numbers and perhaps others could learn a thing or two as well.     I recently came across your publication “Top 10 Supplements for Depression and Anxiety”,
    dated Oct 27, 2012. Do you, at this time, have any additional information regarding Probiotics and the head gut-connection as it relates to anxiety and depression. Also, should one be taking ALL of the ten (10) listed supplements in order to achieve success?
    I would greatly appreciate a reply. Thank you.

    • Hi Debra – good question! It’s been about 5 years since I wrote that piece. A LOT has changed in our understanding of how diet/lifestyle/inflammation affects our mood. If I were to write that now, I’d still have all those supplements on the list, but I’d VERY STRONGLY emphasize BOTH probiotics and prebiotic fiber. Curcumin too. I don’t think I even mentioned prebiotics or curcumin in the original article.

      This has been an area of intense research and we’ve come a long way in the last 5 years. I doubt anyone would require ALL 10 of the supplements mentioned in the article. Which one of those you need depends on your diet.

  8. When I started taking Omega Via (starting with one pill per day and working up to three pills per day over about 7 day), my triglycerides were over 300.
